Back & biceps were on the menu yesterday. Started off with concentrated lat squeezes on the pec dec for five sets. Our backs were pump with blood after that. Next exercise was reverse-grip bentover rows for five sets. squeezing every fiber in your back with 335lbs. creates a tremendous burn. We then moved on to bent rows on the t-bar. once again targeting the mid back forcing more muscle growth for the upper mid back area. We finished back supersetting dumbbell pullovers and behind the neck lat pulldowns. Man what a helluva burn. Now, biceps for dessert. 4 sets of preacher curls with 95lbs. concentrating on peak contraction is a killer. We finished off biceps with scott curls and cable concentrations. Enough torchure for today. that’s all she wrote. fat lady sang

Almost precisely 7mos until judgement day. Took today off. Trained 5 straight days. Need a break. Training is going extremely well. Cardio 5 days a week is in full force. Working to bring up arms a tad bit more. Could use about another 1/4 in. I’m willing to sweat blood to make it happen. You know it’s hard out here on a pimp( preserverance, intensity, meticulous & preparation).

Had an extensive training session with my boy johnnell and t-free. We hit chest, shoulders and tri’s. man that was a hell of a workout. We forced blood in the chest, then to the shoulders and back to the tri’s. I don’t care what someone may say or interested in excuses: they’re not training like this. It’s my time. I will not be denied.

June 20, 2007—-Hamstrings

tough choice between hams or quads. I chose hams. I preceded to engage in hamstring curls. 6 sets full stretch and contraction. man were they pumped. It was time for stiff-leggs. I did 6 sets @ 185lbs. i really felt those because I hadn’t done thos ein about a month. My next exercise was single leg presses with 10 plates. bringing your quad to your chest really hits that glute/ham tie-end. After 4 sets I went to double leg close stance with my foot placement high w/ 25 plates for 15 reps, 4 sets. Man, I didn’t want to do the next exercise, but I know hell that I have to. I can’t leave nothing to circumstance. Hypers were next on the ham assault. I did 6 torquring sets @ 12 reps to finish off anything that was remotely left. Like Cube would say, "Today was a Good Day." Dallas here I come.
