Friday, May 4th, 2007Back & biceps were on the menu yesterday. Started off with concentrated lat squeezes on the pec decĀ for five sets. Our backs were pump with blood after that. Next exercise was reverse-grip bentover rows for five sets. squeezing every fiber in your back with 335lbs. creates a tremendous burn. We then moved on to bent rows on the t-bar. once again targeting the mid back forcing more muscle growth for the upper mid back area. We finished back supersetting dumbbell pullovers and behind the neck lat pulldowns. Man what a helluva burn. Now, biceps for dessert. 4 sets of preacher curls with 95lbs. concentrating on peak contraction is a killer. We finished off biceps with scott curls and cable concentrations. Enough torchure for today. that’s all she wrote. fat lady sang
