Gym day one
Saturday, August 30th, 2008I finally signed up for the YMCA gym. I got up at 6 a.m. this morning to start my cardio training. I have to admit, it felt good, as if i never left. I was easily able to do 30 minutes, however, it was not at a very fast pace. I am trying to ease back into training. I am also trying to use positive self-affirmations to reinforce my motivation to exercise and train. I have been walking mornings for anywhere between 1 and 2 miles. I do not feel as though i have just started, but i feel as though i have stepped up a level. The nutrition side of things have turned out fairly successful as i have limited my portions, and have been eating around 5 to 6 small meals a day. I am a little more concious of what i’m eating. Time willl tell.
