This Blog was created mainly to register my own workouts and wisdom. After looking at what I do, I hope you can take away some solid ideas to help supplement your own exercise program. As far as my training plan goes, I like mostly free-weight centered workouts that are modeled after those of Reeves, Zane, Arnold, Labrada, Gaspari, etc.
