About My Blog
I’ve never been one to keep a journal, although i think it is the coolest thing when I hear about people who do. I figured I would use this site to start one and document my progress, workouts, diet, thoughts, feelings, ups, downs, etc.
I want to do this not only to help me, but to help others see that your body is a work in progress. And, not every day, week or month is going to be good. Just like in life, transforming your body is a constant roller coaster. But, in the end, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it!!!
I also want to share that we need to enjoy ourselves in the here and now, because really, no one knows when it is going to end. I have lived my life, unfortunately, being extremely stressed out and many times unhappy. I always wanted a better job, more money, more investments, more houses, more, more, more! I have FINALLY learned how to enjoy myself, my life, my friends, my family, and everything else possible.
I am now ready to get in the best shape of my life and actually ENJOY it. What a concept!
I got tired of living for the future. I always thought that when things were going to get better, I would finally be happy. I realized that we must be happy first. Enjoy what comes our way and stop stressing, because it only ages you. Stressing about stuff most often doesn’t change the outcome.
