Progress & legs today
It’s been a while since I’ve written. I’m getting ready to head to the gym and work out legs & shoulder, and, of course a bit of cardio. The necessary evil!!!!!
Kind of strange, is that I’m still making progress, looking and feeling better, and my measurements are even going down. But, I have been totally slacking in the training and eating department the last 2 or 3 weeks. My appetite was uncontrollable for a couple of weeks, but I didn’t gain weight. It’s funny how our bodies really tell us what it it needs.
But, I’m not going to take this progress with relatively little effort, for granted. Back to the grindstone. Training harder, eating cleaner, not going out as much (hey, sometimes a girl just needs to let loose and DANCE and party!), and just keep moving forward.
I’d like to lose another 5-10 lbs of fat and maitain less than 130 lbs, if possible.

progress looks great sherry…i can’t tell you been slacking…it’s good to get off the diet every once and awhile, but don’t go too crazy…keep training hard Rob
