Feeling good and moving along
Friday, May 16th, 2008I’ve been making really good progress the last 5 weeks. I think my thyroid meds and hormones must have stablized and maybe I actually have a metabolism again! In 5 weeks, I’ve lost 8 lbs (14 lbs total), lost 1 inch on my chest, 2 inches on my waist, 1 inch on my hips, and 1 inch on my thighs (now that’s amazing in itself, since I’ve got the biggest legs ever, and even when I am in super good shape, they are still huge. It’s a blessing and a curse.) As long as I’m feeling good and healthy, and everything is tight, I don’t care any more how big a body part is. I just want to look and feel good.
I’ve been training pretty hard and consistent and eating 75%-90% clean. This is do-able for me.
Anyway, I’m excited for the future. I want to lose another 10-15 lbs of fat, while at least maintaining the muscle mass that I have. I’m on my way!
