There is always room to improve.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I placed in the top five holding the fifth place spot.  After having baby #4 and taking off two years it was obvious my size had gone down.  I came in very lean, but the judges were looking for more muscle.  All in all it was a great show and i am pleased with my placing.  The Top three girls were 1st Sylvia Tremblay, 2nd Allison Ethier and 3rd Jodi Boam. They all had amazing bodies and routines that were just incredible to watch.  I was happy to be on stage with them all. I am going to rest for a week or so and then start my plan for building size.

Yay, what believing in yourself can do when you focus on a goal&nbsp; and go after it!!!&nbsp; </span></font></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I am just 2 days away from the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.bcabba.ca">BC Provincials</a> and I am competing in Fitness and Figure.  I just came back from the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.cbbf.ca">CBBF Canadian Nationals</a> two weeks ago and placed 2nd in short fitness and 5th overall. Some may ask why am I going backwards by doing this event.  My answer is that I did not think or perhaps have enough confidence and believe I could make it into the top 3 at Nationals, so I registered for Provincials weeks before I left.  However, my reason for competing is simply because I love meeting up with the BC competitors and I really love performing on stage.  I don&#8217;t focus on winnning, although it is a bonus, I just like to come in the best I can and kick my own ass by placing better then the previous year. Make sense? so until I place 1st and overall I will be returning to Provincials.
