I need some comment n advice !!! wat should i do now ? i am stuck wont grow trying to add mass but it keep dropping!! help plssss!!! plsss

WORKOUT HARDER IN LESS AMOUNT OF TIME AND LESS FREQUENTLY, TAKE IN 300-500 CALORIES EVERY 2-3 HRS., EAT LATE,EAT,EAT,EAT…you sacrifice a defined ab wall for more mass, don’t worry it’ll come back, JUST DO NOT STOP TRAINING…LOL

like papamonkey says, you have to really up your intake of calories. take in around 25-30g of protein before you work out and the same after. limit your workouts to exercises with 3 sets of 4-6 reps, shooting more toward 6. this will help break your plateau as long as you are doing those sets with the most weight you can do. stick between 4-6 exercises per muscle group and try a five day split such as legs, chest, back, off, shoulders, abs, off. that will get you through a week. also cut down your cardio if you a lot of it, you can work off the excess body fat after you have grown.

Well i just read that question in Oxygen magazine and it said if u want to keep same muscle mass do more reps but with less weight but if u want to gain muscle mass do less but with heavier weights
