I am starting a new supplement line (BSN) to see how it works…I have not been able to work out except 2 times since 12-10-07, we had a very big Ice storm here and I was working my A$$ off but now i am back on my regular work schedule and i can go back to what I miss the most. I havent been eating correctly I have gained about 5lbs but hopefully by the end of this month it will be gone plus a little bit more… and my training for the marathon in april 2008 starts 1-7-08 so all of that running will definately help me out alot.

I had a bad week last week I lost all control and ate everything sweet & chocolate I could find…I even went to Starbucks and had a Grande Double Choc chip Frappacino. I only drunk 1/2 but i felt so bad afterwards……but I made a vow to work twice as hard this week and stay on track as far as my meals are concerned….

I have been on vacation for the last week in the great state of Tennessee, I visited many sites while there but now I’m back and it’s time to get serious once again. I have been eating very clean but how long will it be before I see some new results. I work out 4 days a week 30 min of cardio 1 1/2 hrs of weights…I might be just a little impatient ..I am going to weigh today to see if I put on any pounds since i’ve been gone hopefully not .

This is the end of the first week of my new food plan and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, so next week should be easier …but now I am contemplating should I be taking a protein supplement? I have asked several people and get different answers some say I should wait until I lose a few more lbs others say it will help me lose more lbs…. What should I do?????

Today I started my new & enhanced eating plan I am counting calories & watching my carbs & protein. I also started taking a fat burner I hope everything goes well, so far so good I am not hungry I have eaten several small meals I hope to lose at least 5lbs one month from today…. I even revamped my workout routine adding some new exercises.
