Is “a calorie is a calorie???”
I went to dunkiin donuts and ordered an egg and cheese on an english muffin —I KNow I coulda donw without the cheese) and they said they ran out of english muffins so I ordered an egg and cheese on a biscuit!!! I KNOW —-dumb move~ anyways…My question : If I limit my CALORIES to no more than 1500/day will I still lose weight even if it isnt made of ‘clean or healthy’ choices??

I think it makes a difference.
Because white sugar burns faster then some type of carb. You sometimes tend to lose energy quiet quickly but you have gain quiet alot.
And each type of food has a building component to build you body so the calorie goes building you body from what you eat also.

I think you know the answer to this. Is one sugar calorie better than one protein calorie? Eating at Dunkin donuts is not a good way to loose weight….srry. You should have stayed home and made yourself some eggs and oatmeal. Good luck in your goals!

Take into account the sodium content which isn’t good for anyone and causes water retention. Maybe a calorie is a calorie, but the way the food is processed isn’t healthy.
