barbell bench press quesions…..
Saturday, September 13th, 2008This may be a simple question….I really want to define my shoulders and am wondering if a barbell bench press is a good exercise? I have NEVER done one but I see its listed as an exercise for shoulders and triceps. so, if i were to TRY one does anyone have an idea of how much weight I should begin with? just a bar,lol?? and also,,,do i need someone to ’spot’ me or can i do them alone? thanks
