the good the bad and the UGLY TRUTH lol

well…some people have asked how my progress is and I am going to come  clean (not htat I have ever not told the truth :) buuuuuut I am UP 4 1/2 pounds —from my lowest. The good news is that I have never stopped exercising—I am actually firming up soooo…IDK maybe its water retention>>lol it COULDNT be the fact that I dont monitor my food intake and splurge all the time on foods that I love..well,,,its up to me…noone else can make the switch FOR me.

why bother???well….at least Im not back at 200 pounds where I started….still…I simply must do what it takes to bring it to the next level. change is a process…..

I know I will get there….I HOPE soon….but I WILL eventually

my last session (for now) with PFT

MY 3rd final session was this morning~~(I was alittle spacey I think–Im soooo weird I just think he is……forget it!) but it was a review of my new workout programme…Today I will plan out my schedule. I am right on target for my goal of losing 1 1/2 pounds till Christmas.

Im already looking forward to my husband’s annual Christmas party~~2 years ago I clearly remember going -wearing this stupid FAT OUTFIT size 16+ and having to focus on IGNORING how fat and disgusted with myself i felt and forcing myself to "just have a good time despite the way I felt) ..it was right after that I committed to getting fit and losing weight….last year’s party  i was definitely IMPROVED I think I weighed maybe 165-170 (nOT far from where Im at STILL) and I squeezed myself into Abercrombie Jeans size 12…but looking back I prolly looked like a sexy stuffed sausage  lol   and NOWWWWW this coming Christmas party Im determined to be at goal of 135!!!!!!! I have the perfect PERFECT outfir planned too….all you my bodyspace buddies will apprecaite this too~~I have this realllllly cool pair of brown suede pants that I bought on ebay that were auctioned for Hurricane  Charity ~~worn byBritney Spears~~isnt that hysterical?? I just cant imagine the smile on my face WHEN I can wear them!! My husbands co-workers will be REALLLLLLLLY surprised to see the dramatic CHANGE that  I will DISPLAY   hehheee

Lesson Two with PFT

It went well…basically an oveview with a few more exercises….now I have my own little routine. SInce my last meeting with him I incorporated principles he taught me such as increased water consumption, being constantly (almost) aware of my abdominal muscles and "drawing IN and contracting" them as often as possible. Cardio for 45 minutes at my optimal heart range 5x/week and using behavioral modification approach to eating such as asking myself before I eat anything"will this bring e toward my goals or away from them?" and if AI choose to go away then just make up for it by working out and eating healthier ~~no fatalistic thinking allowed lol….oh yeah~~~and one more thing~~a realistic goal of 1 1/2  pound weightloss weekly.

Im off work until Tuesday, we are going camping near the ocean….so Ill bring my dumbbells and my exercise ball and be conscious of healthy eating~~NO potato chips, potato salad, pasta, and JUNK!!!

Im on my way outside now to go wash my car-its over 80′ today and I out on my cute orange gym shorts and although Im waaaaay over my goal I feel GOOD!!!! I know that my body is tightening and firming>>my stomach muscles are firming …my butt is lifting and my thighs are firming!!! I feel proud of how far Ive come soo far and cant wait till Im wearing a size 9 comfortably
