ok ok, back on track
I’ve been MIA for the last week or so, having serious stomach issues again, had a blood test and ultra sound on my abdomen, thank god everything came back ok….well, other than the celiac of course. So now I’m seriously going to have to disect every ingerdient in anything I eat so I can stay happy and healthy and no more digestion issues.
I’m back to feeling pretty good, my chest training was great and I’ve got so much energy this morning. Still not liking having to keep my cardio so damn short, 25-30 minutes is killer mentally, knowing I was doing sooo much more during contest prep, but oh well I have no choice if I want to grow. I’m really looking forward to training back tomorrow morning, I hope I feel as good as I do now!

I’m sorry to hear that you have been feeling poorly. I have just recently started learning about celiacs bc I do some catering and someone I was going to be feeding for a job had to deal w/it. Wow, that would be tough to live with. The good thing for you is that you are obviously good about being able to stick to a strict diet, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to do what you are doing w/competing! I found a couple of good recipes that I ended up using if you would ever like them!
I hope you continue to feel better and are ably to get back to your normal routine!!
