Almost 12 weeks to go

Had my 13 week out meeting on Tuesday, all looks great so far.  I’m down on bf, down in weight, and a tad down in mass(not good at this point).  Sooooo……I am to keep my calories and macros the same until Jan 5, that’s when the party starts.  I’m progressing with 1700 and just a few days of cardio, so no need to cut right now, that comes at 10 weeks.  Still feeling amazing, training is balls to the wall 98% of the time and I’m in the zone.  Christmas is coming….no biggie, nothings going to stand in my way. I’ve been 100% on diet since Nov. 1 so I’m told I can have a cheat meal New Years eve….YAY!!!  I’m excited, but nervous because it’s "OFF" plan….and mentally it drives me nuts.  Oh well, Bone Fish here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Here comes December

15 weeks out and counting…… I’m hoping this month can be as good as last. November was a success, I’m proud of the hard work I put in leading up to the ‘real deal’ as I am now 15 weeks out and ready to rock and roll. 4am this morning was chest and back with 30 minutes of cardio followed.  I had a ton of energy and felt pretty strong, dispite sore tri’s from Saturday’s arm workout.  I thought I got a lot of rest over the long weekend, but this morning, my body feels tired. I guess that POT of coffee didn’t do much. 

I’ve got a long week at work, some stress coming due to an employee giving their 2 weeks, so I’m going to have a difficult time there, but I’m NOT going to let it stress me out….stress is terrible for the body, I know.  I’m going to think positive and hope for the best.  ohhhhhhh…..it’s only Monday.  Tomorrow a.m. is Leg day 1 of the week, focusing of the glutes, Wednesday is REST day, Thursday is shoulders, Friday Leg day 2, Saturday arms and Sunday early a.m. Cardio at gym, again, probably sprints on the tmill, abs and lower back.  Game on
