Thanksgiving week…..
Tuesday, November 25th, 2008It’s just another week for me, except I’m looking forward to getting some extra sleep and taking off a few days from work (thank god!). Saw my coach yesterday, we didn’t make any changes in my diet that I strictly began November 1, we’ll be reassessing in 3 more weeks, then the changes come. My diet has been great, I’ve not strayed once, except last Saturday when I went out for my 3 year anniversary. I still didn’t blow it with grilled tilapia topped with crab and lobster and good ‘ole broccoli on the side……..YUM. It was amazing….I’m even proud that I skipped the wine. Anyway, I’m down 1% body fat from 3 weeks ago so I’ll keep on plugging away. Today was leg day one of two this week, box squats, split squats and walking lunges….fun shit. Tomorrow’s my ‘rest’ day and Thursday we’ll head in from some shoulder work and cardio. Oh yea, Friday’s my 10 year high school reunion….now that should be interesting! But for Thanksgiving, hubby and I are staying home with our boxer, Bosco and having turkey breasts in the crockpot and we’ll just chill. Thanksgiving for me was last month!
