Enough is enough…..I’ve been messing around for too long with this whole diet thing and time is running out to add some size before dieting down again….for the past 2 weeks, I’ve consistantly increased my calories and I feel great. I’ve played around for the past few months adding a few cals here and there but could never full stick to a higher calorie diet. I know, it’s all a mental game, but I’ve had the hardest time going from competition shape/diet to now. I know if I want to get better for next season, I have to eat to grow and I’ve been doing that, each weeks, calories increase slightly…..I know I’ll be back up to 2200 (where I was last fall) some time, one day at a time. I feel great, motivated and ready to go. I’ve decreased the cardio, now it’s Monday, Tues, Thursday 30 min and Sunday I head to the track for sprints and stadium steps. I think I’ve got a good plan going on.
