feeling great………..and sore

Great week so far, but I’m still sore as hell from running sprints on Sunday! Quads and hams sore and my obliques….did a short easy 10 min. run with some cross training on tuesday, but man!  I can’t beleive I still feel this.

Game On

Enough is enough…..I’ve been messing around for too long with this whole diet thing and time is running out to add some size before dieting down again….for the past 2 weeks, I’ve consistantly increased my calories and I feel great.  I’ve played around for the past few months adding a few cals here and there but could never full stick to a higher calorie diet.  I know, it’s all a mental game, but I’ve had the hardest time going from competition shape/diet to now.  I know if I want to get better for next season, I have to eat to grow and I’ve been doing that, each weeks, calories increase slightly…..I know I’ll be back up to 2200 (where I was last fall) some time, one day at a time.  I feel great, motivated and ready to go.  I’ve decreased the cardio, now it’s Monday, Tues, Thursday 30 min and Sunday I head to the track for sprints and stadium steps.  I think I’ve got a  good plan going on.
