Friday, April 17th, 2009Well, it is friday and this week has been such a blur. Working a strange schedule, still getting to the gym by 4:40 and getting in my workout and living on almost no sleep. But good news is that I am back to my normal schedule and ready to rock and roll. I started about three different challenges on Monday, so they should keep me motivated and hopefully get me into great shape by summer.
Today I just kind of winged it at the gym, no set workout routine. I will start back on monday with my set routine. I worked biceps, triceps, Glutes and abs. I feel like I got a pretty good workout in. On Monday I will turn it up a notch though. I need to go heavier if I want the muscles to pop through that I know are there somewhere. I also need to kick it up with my cardio. I will come up with new goals this weekend. I figure I should have weekly goals as well as long term goals, that way it will keep me motivated and I will get done what needs to be done.
