Brand new Routine

I started a brand new routine yesterday, and will take some getting used to. I read the book New rules for lifting for woman, made since, so I decided to try it. I am used to working out with weights 5 days per week. This calls for only 3 full body days a week. On top of that, only about four to five exercises total. I am a little worried, but I will try it for a couple of weeks, and if I do not like it, I will go onto something else. Yesterday was day one, and workout A. I had to do more reps than I am used to as well, so had to lift lighter to get in all 15 reps. The workout took about 20-25 minutes, then did cardio for 20 minutes. I was in and out of the gym in less than an hour. I never get out in less than an hour.

Today was non weight day, so went to the gym and did 20 minutes of vigorous cardio and 15 minutes of ab work. Felt strange going to the gym, knowing that i was only going to be doing cardio. I guess if anything, I will find out if I have been overtraining. So, this is a start of a new journey.We will see how it goes.
