Today was day two of the new routine. I think I had a pretty good workout. It was back, biceps and abs day. I tried some new techniques that Monica had put in her book, and they seemed to go pretty good. I really felt like I did something after this workout. I did my 20 minutes of cardio, and really pushed myself to make up for yesterday. I waked out of the gym feeling so much better than I did yesterday. Tomorrow is leg and glut day. That is always my favorite day, so it should go great.
