Today I started a new workout plan. I think it went pretty good. I worked chest, shoulders, and triceps. I gave those areas a pretty good workout I do believe. I got this plan out of Monica Brants book. I think that it is going to be a nice change of pace. Cardio on the other hand, I felt that I should have pushed myself a little harder. I ate a protein bar before I went, and It kind of sat on my stomach wrong so I had a bit of a stomache ache, and just could not run. I did the interval routine that was on the treadmill, but walked away not feeling satisfied. Note to self: Eat protein bar AFTER workout from now on.
