Day 5 September 13, 2008
Today was leg day, and boy did I push myself. I worked my lower body harder than I have in a long time, felt great!!! In some of the sets I felt like crying the burn was so bad, so I know that I gave my legs a great workout today. I love to walk out of the gym and really feel like I accomplished something. I did interval on the old treadmill, next time I will have to incline it higher.
My new favorite workout cd: METALLICA DEATH MAGNETIC!!! Oh yeah baby that is an awesome workout companion. It helped keep me motivated and moving.
Tomorrow is recoup day. I do not plan on doing ANYTHING. I just got Monica Brants book, she has some awesome workouts in there, so I am going to start on routine number three on Monday. I think it will be worth it.
