Day 4 September 12, 2005
I did not make it to the gym yesterday. I was just so tired I could not get myself out of bed that early. So now I will have to workout on Saturday.You have to pay the price for laziness.
Today was arm day. Felt it went pretty well, ALTHOUGH again, I think that I need to push myself harder. I put in about 95 percent, and I know that i can put in 110 percent!!! So the goal for next week is to push myself harder than I have ever pushed myself. I know I pushed myself hard with the cardio once again. I tried out HIT, and it pretty much kicked my butt. It did make the session go by much quicker I must say.
So… Starting monday september 15, 2008 my challenge for myself will be to push myself at maximum, and not hold back. This is the only way that I am going to start seeing the results that I want to see!!!
