Day 3, September 10, 2008
Hit the gym at 4:55 am. was tired, but once I got there I was wide awake. Today was back and chest day. Back training went a little better. I just got my muscle and fitness hers and there was a section on back training, so I followed that program and it went pretty well. Chest, well lets just say I need a good workout plan for that.
Cardio was intense. I feel better and better about cardio everyday. I am learning not to hate it quit so much. Dont love it obviously, but do not hate it either.
I wish that i could find a personal trainer around here. I cannot seem to locate one. I know that if I could get a personal trainer, they would kick my butt and make me work it as hard as I could, and I really think that is what I need. I will just have to keep checking around.
