fruit fast -day 5
went emergency fruit shopping yesterday…today is sun…feel good….almost dived into a non fruit like lunch…but i fought it….im craving other foods,,but no other real issues with this fast….cant wait to see me on day 40…with more fruit than ever in the house…the kids are taking advantage—gotta love it…
