JUST CAME BACK FROM THE GYM…DOING SQUATS AND INCLINED LEG PRESSES….AS A FREE WEIGHT EXERCISE….OH BOY….MY REGIMENT IS GETTING TOUGHER….LOL….ALL FOR THE GOOD!!

its amazing once you let go of the baggage in your life…all the goals u set out..dont seem as far away anymore….i havent written in a month of sundays…because i wasnt inspired to….now i am full control and it feels good….my trainer and i have set out a good leg plan….which includes squats…grrr…but i cant complain..its for the better…….
and my trainor is fineee..which helps alot…..
i can see why a person can fall in love with their fitness trainer…when they are fit..knowledgable…and handsome…:)
whats not to love….lol
diet is going well….just sort of eliminating fried foods….and eating lots of veggies..friuts….granola bars…lol…protein bars and shakes..
still steadfast on my supplement intake…
although i will be doing a toxic cleanse soon…..

im so bored …i wanna eat diner but there is nothing i want…..so im not gonna force it…..my last day here berfore the move..wanted to hit all the good eateries before i leave….but as i walked around…..nothing appealing…..i had oatmeal and 4 slices of pizza..i know the pizza was bad…but im the the process of moving….so im not cooking and fridge is bear..i know excuses excuses

what a surprise…went to the gym for lunch to workout…left with an invigorating free massage sponsered by the gym..cant get any better than that…:)……my next appt is tuesday…lol….

now its time for me to start purchacing a bikini and documenting my progress with that as a reference…i am no longer scared….lol….not to mention very focused…..im trying to beat all of these women here on bodyspace……playtime is over…meet ur new competition:):)

ok..i messed up…i had fried food….celebrating with my daughter…and i shouldnt have…i feel bad…my body is angry at me……lol…..why couldnt i have had broiled scallops instead of friend….lol

sure i wanna lose weight…but am i eating enuf??….for example i had oatmeal for bfast….a protein shake mid morning…a gigantic ceasar salad from saldworks…..shrimp ceasar ..my favorite..with light ceasar dressing…i didnt get the roll….and for dinner i had more oatmeal…..along with take my supplements and vitmins…am i eating enuf….i just dont want my body goin into starvation mode….

i need a massage so bad…lol..my muscles are working overtime…..but i know where to get one..so its no problem….my body is resisting today..saying…what the heck is going on…what are u doing to me???….lol..its a never ending battle of the budge..the budge of my stomach….thats the target….i will be doing my usual cardio for 30 minutes 2day at lunch..which usually consist of the hill program lvl 15 on the ellipital or treadmil…..i like going at lunch….i release lots of work-related stress……i am steadfast on my supplement intake…..heading in the right direction….had oatmeal ….weighed myself..didnt see much change..but thats to be expected….i will be going to the gym 2night…for leg work….drinking plenty of water…..no more sodas..even if they are diet….i have water rentetion like a mug…lol…cant do sodas…too much retention…..
