just a quickie!  i was touched today when i was complimented by my cousin as to how she could see the lines developing in my core section…i LOVE IT!  i wasn’t really sure since i started seeing some shadowing in the pictures i’ve placed up recently but for someone else to mention it…felt REALLY GOOD!  the whole conversation started when i mentioned i’m heading to the Philippines for vacation and need to have a bikini ready body…and we were talking about how some skinny people we know still have clumps in the mid-section…i wanted her to check if mine was that way, which i didn’t think so (thankfully)…and yea, got a great compliment out of it…these are the kinds of things that make me want to keep it up and go full force…it’s working everyone!  I FEEL GREAT!  and ps.  my glutes are feeling like rocks right now…lower body workout…jackie warner…didn’t think it was sooo difficult.  but do i feel it?   Oh HELL YES!

massage!

its been a HECTIC few weeks and i’ve been keeping up with eating RIGHT!  training at a minimum but will be getting back on track this week once more…since it SHOULD be a better schedule that i’m working with…

it’s been approximately a year since my last massage and i was SOOO looking forward to it…had a spa day set up over the weekend and i was able to get about 1.5 hours out of my 50 minute massage…the therapist (ended up being a dude who went to my HS-been going back to him because he KNOWS what my body needs) took MORE time to relieve the aches and pains…it was a bit brutal and painful especially on the calves and upper chest/shoulder area…the spine…but in case you are training and feeling tight, you can’t seem to get the full stretches to relieve you, i completely recommend getting a massage.  i chose deep tissue…since i get the most relief out of that style.

i can’t wait till the next one, i’m still feeling the soreness which means it worked and my body is recuperating still…LOVE IT!
