Here I go
Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008was able to workout two days in a row…made myself a priority while at work and decided to head out early…yesterday, 15 minutes on elliptical…and then a series of machines and weights…stretching too. i was able to go to my powerflex class today and stayed for a few more hours of weight training and abs…which i now realize i can truly only get by cutting back on food/fat. this is what i have to do to lose the 30 pounds. eat right and keep working out smart. wish me luck!
