i am new to bodybuilding and i am wanting to start a journal and i dont really no how to set it up or what to write in it or how i should write in it ( what i mean by how i should write in it is either first person or second person or what) and when should i write in it every day? every week? i need some help with this big time. if u no anything about journals please get back to me asap. the more people write to me the better

today my bicep and back workout was crazy my back was well worked and my biceps where super pumped. doing back and biceps is a great mix.

yesterday since my gym was closed i got really bored so i rewrote my workout. my work out is now: day 1 back and arms, day 2 legs and abs, day 3 chest and tris, day 4 legs, day 5 shoulders and traps, and day 6 legs. My trainer wants me to do legs every other day because i am a football player and haveing strong legs is key in football or any contact sport so now i have 3 upper body days and 3 lower body days. i no i no ur probally thinking wtf for well my main goal right now is to get a football scolarship and at the moment my legs r my weakest part of my body so they need alot more work.

i have been takeing no xplode for a few days now and i find it has really givin me that last bit of power that gives me that last 2-3 reps. i also find it drives me and makes me want to go to the gym when i take it. i also find my recovery time is a lil shorter. although it says its a muscle builder i have not been on it long enough to find that out i will write another post in a month letting u no if it does or doesnt. i love it and the lab on it is true once u train with it ull never train without it. i will probally never train without it and if i do it will be for a very short amount of time. i would recomend No-Xplode to anyone that wants an extra punch b4 there workout and shorten there recovery time by a little bit.

today at the gym i did my back workout and the ab class at my gym. although there was a small problem with the ab class, the trainer that does the ab class did not show up so i lead it instead. for 45 minutes the spot light was on me, i was living my goal to be a trainer. i am only 15 and i was training adults from 20-60 years old. i managed to remember most of the core excersies that my trainer does in that class and i added some of my own to it. by the end of the class nobody could do a crunch and could hardly move. i was pretty proud of myself to stand up and do this and do a pretty good job at it.

b4 i went to the gym i set a goal that i want to do core everyday. well today at the gym my main goal was to get back on track with my weight lifting workouts after a 2 week break. when i was in the gym today i reached my goal and went above my goal i ended up doing an hour of weight training and hour of cardio and an hour of core training believe me or not i did and i am very very proud of myself although i havea strong feeling i will be very very soar tomorrow lol.

today at the gym i had personal training with my trainer for an hour. it has been a view weeks since i have trained with my trainer so i new today would be hard. He found out that football training starts early this year so he really wanted to work me. We ended up doing all legs and some endurance training for the hour with me. after the first 20 minutes i felt like i was going to puke and i could hardly walk because the training was soo hard. i loved it but i hated it at the same time. i love being pushed to my limit.
