Been a rough day today so not really motivated. Ran 4 miles on the tread after working shoulders and arms with the bells. Then the sauna for 10minutes. I can see growth in my arms and shoulders, and the top 4 stomach muscles are starting to show.

Took it easy today, ran about 3.5 miles and then sat in the sun for a while to a little color. Diet totally shot today after going out with two of my friends and ate a big chili’s burger.

Today was a killer. I started with a 6 mile run and then back home to eat. Off to the pool and did about 8 laps, then off for a game of tennis, this didn’t last long as I was spent.

Just got home from the gym. I got on the scale when I walked in, and for the second day in a row, my body has burned up 2lbs. I am eating, I am drinking water, but I guess this is just a gift. hahah, probly means I’m about hit a wall for a week. Tonight I ran a total of 8.5 miles, did 80 crunches on the abs machine, then 20 neg gravity situps, worked 4 sets on my upper back with the cable machine, at decline-flat-and-incline positions, 4 sets of dumb bell rows with the 55pounders, and then in the sauna for 15 minutes. I was going to go swimming for a few laps when it was all over but when I came out of the sauna, everything greyed out and I had to sit on the floor for a sec to get my head back. I guess I got a little overheated. Then the mile walk back to the house in the pooring rain.

Today I ran the fastest mile I have ever run in my life. I decided to walk to the gym to get an accurate time on a mile, once I got on the tread my times were;
1st mile in 5min 8sec
2nd mile at 12min 24sec
3rd mile at 19min 25sec
4th mile at 27min 52sec
My weight today is 208, thus, another pound is fkn history!
I didn’t do any lifting today, instead I did an abs workout that nearly made my midsection spontaneously combust. I started on the floor with my legs on the bench press seat and did 3 sets of crunches, straight, then elbow cross overs to each knee. Breaks for 1 minute between. Then 3 sets of Roman chair sit ups, then back to the floor. Not sure what it’s called, but you lay on one side, on your forearm and lift your hips to work your oblique, I did 3 sets like this which gave me a burn like I was on fire! Then to the machine to do cable crunches. I did these until the cable slipped out of my hands in farthest pull down position of the crunch and when the cable slipped, it nearly took my face off, and KS-LAM went the stack. At that point I knew I had done enough.
Off to the sauna for 20 minutes. (I think I actually made it about 15min. So, now, my mid section is burning and it feels fkn great. I downed a little water, and out to the pool where I proceeded to swim 10 laps around the pool instead of back and fourth. I knew I was finished when my lats started to cramp. Never had a cramp in this area before and I totally didn’t like it.

Broke 210 today. The last few days have provided a loss of 1lb a day. People are telling me that this isn’t healthy, but wtf, all I’m doing is pushing myself harder by working out twice a day. The first workout is running an avg of 3 to 4 miles down at the lake during the day. The second workout is 3 miles on tread to get warmed up, then 20min in the sauna, then a light weights workout for another 20 min, then on the treadmill holding 25lb bells and speedwalking for an another 2 miles, then back to the sauna for 15 min, then the mile walk home. This is not every day, this was today’s.
