TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY BACK IN THE GYM AFTER ABOUT 2 1/2 MONTHS. HAD ALOT OF THINGS GOING ON IN MY LIFE. FOUND IT HARD TO GET MOTIVATED TO STAY WITH IT. THEN THE OTHER DAY I WAS LOOKING IN THE MIRROR AND REALIZED HOW MUCH I WAS LETTING ALL THE HARD WORK I HAD PREVIOUSLY DONE GO TO WASTE. I NOTICED IT TAKES ALOT LESS TIME TO LOSE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE GAINED THEN IT DOES TO GAIN IT. SO TODAY I WAS BACK AT IT HITTING IT HARD. I CAN FEEL IT ALREADY ONLY 4 HRS. LATER. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW IT IS GONNA FEEL TOMMORROW, SOMETHING LIKE STARTING FROM DAY 1 AGAIN.

yesterday i decided to change my supplements. the ones before were helping me see results. but due to taking them over and over i wasnt getting the same effects.so i decided it was time to change it up,change brands.so i went with a nitric oxide booster other than my norm, GASPARI SUPER PUMP 250. ten minutes after taking it i was feeling the pump and desire to just push alil bit harder as i lifted. i hadnt felt that in awhile with the other product. i also decided to follow that up with alil KRE-AKLYN. two days into this product and i think its great. hopefully it doesnt let me down.

as i get further and further into this bodybuilding thing i find my goals starting to change.when i first start this i just wanted to look good. as i workout alil more every week (up to 5 full days) and i start to see the results and the intensity of my workouts picking up i start to wonder were could this go. before the goals and acheivements that i set for myself were small compared to were i am thinking i would like to go with this. so i ask myself is it possible to compete. i am not sure what it will take for this to happen but i have decided that my workouts are gonna have to be more specific and even more intense.every day i go to the gym i find myself wanting this alil more so the hell with it if your gonna have goals whats the point of setting them if you know you can acheive them aim high or dont aim at all.

music is always good motivator for me. if the right tunes are going it just gives me that pumped feeling. so today when i went into the i layed there trying to get pumped to get out that 1st set and realized that 1980’s jazz was playing (not a motivator)so i asked them to change and they said sure thing. so next thing i realized is they had turned it to some 1980’s soft rock (still not a motivator) i like a good uptempo beat. so just wondering what tunes do you like to hear while you are trying to pump out those reps?

with all of these goals i am also trying to gain mass and size. it seems every time i acheive something my weight cannot maintain. i will gain 7 pds. this week and lose 8 next week. no matter what i do i cannot accumulate any weight. maybe its just me trying to hurry everthing along and get everything at once.(i know thats not possible but it would be nice).

mondays are great. theres nothing like getting up on monday and hitting the gym. by friday my body is normally tired and starting to break down, telling me it needs a break.when that happens i know i have earned a weekend break to recover.its my my prize to myself for putting in an exhausting week at the gym.

then theres MONDAY the day my body and mind thrive for. after a weekend of rest im fully prepared for a full out body assault to start out the week. my normal monday workout plus a few extra sets for body parts that lack and need more attention. its great i wish i could convince my mind and my ailing muscles on thursday and friday that it was just another MONDAY.

also today i took some new measurements. it was nice and very gratifying to get to really see some results. sometimes you feel the growth is there but its always better when you can see it in a picture or even as numbers on a peice of paper.

you know those days that you just do NOT want to do that work out. for me today was one of those days for me. i work nights so i tend to workout alone so if i cant motivate myself on any given day my workout is out the window. well as i was saying today i was laying there in bed looking for my motivation and it was nowhere to be found. in about 10 mins. i had completely talked myself out of workingout. but then the phone rang and my buddy who i always talk trash to about his workout habits(never going) wants to go to the gym. i was telling him how i wasnt going to go so he repaid the favor of trash talking me. thats all it took and there i was in the gym, alil extra motivation is all i needed. it always helps anyway you can get it………
