chest workout
wed. has become my normal day to do a chest workout.todays workout consisted of:
bench press:
10 reps 185 8 reps 205 6 reps 225 4 reps 235 1 rep 255
incline bench:
4 sets of 10 40 lbs 50 lbs 60 lbs 70 lbs
cable cross over:
4 sets of 10 50 lbs 60 lbs 70 lbs 80 lbs
decline bench press:
4 sets of 10 80 lbs
and as an extra
bicep curl:
4 sets of 10 40lbs
thats my normal wed. workout , 2 more weeks of this and it should be time to start something new. time to change it up
