I’ve been splitting up my weight training and cardio workouts…
I workout mornings…and keep my cardio in the afternoons, or early evenings…
This seems to be working out great…

I woke up at 5am today, worked out until around 6, and feel great!!! I was working out later in the morning (10-11am), but this early morning workout just gets me going so much better.

Do you want explosive energy and power? Try kettlebells. I’ve borrowed some from a friend, and don’twant to put them down. I’m trying to find where to buy them locally, since shipping them costs as much as the kettle bells themselves. If anyone knows where to get them inexpensively, or with free shipping, please let me know.
