I just got back from a great workout, and decided to call it a day. I’m going to grab my gear and head home, instead of working the rest of the day at the office. Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Well, the creatine load phase, day 5 has arrived. I’m going to be taking only 2 servings per day now, as opposed to the 5 servings during the load-up. Thanks to those who have been checking out my profile and blogs. I hope to add more pictures and stats soon. I’ve noticed some gains in muscle and strength lately. I wake up feeling great, and ready to lift the world.

I’ve been tracking my diet on fitday.com for 3 days now. It doesn’t track supplements, but other than that, I really like it. I’m on creatine load phase, day 3, and feeling great. Thanks to all the friends who’ve added me so far. It was lonely only having one friend for a while. Feel free to add posts, comments, suggestions, etc. anytime.

I’ve just checked out, and logged into http://www.fitday.com. It was a great site, and helped me track my dietary goals. They have an offer to purchase a program to download, but you can just use the online version for free. That’s what I use.

Hey new friends…let me know if you like my posts, have any good ideas/tips, or would like to give me suggestions on new supplements I might want to try. I’m open to new ideas, and willing to work hard to meet my goals.

Well, I’m in the creatine loading phase, day 1. Last time I took creatine, I overloaded, and was very dizzy the first few days. This time, I took it by the book, and took the creatine in equal time increments throughout the day. I had no ill effects.

This is my first day on my new diet plan. Tomorrow will be the start of my workout plan. I wish I could fast forward like 6 months, and be "in the groove".
