I usually skip working out on Sunday, and do yardwork instead…I think I’d rather be in the gym…

I’ve been changing my workout routine about every month or so. It’s a good boost for my body, but sometimes I get a workout plan that I like so much, it’s hard to leave.

I forgot to mention…I try to do 100 side benders, 100 crunches, and 100 pushups every morning, and every evening. It keeps my core in top shape.
