hey im back on track
So as you can see in my statuses i was flippin out because i pretty much backslide from my goal. But that does not mean im not dedicatedd to it. In the military especially at a new command you have to figure out a way to workout around your schedule and im proud to say i did. Also i brought LL Cool J book platinum body workout book which i must say is very educational and has opened my eyes to a lot of things in weightlifting and getting to where i need to go…especiallly since i am on a ship where you can not always get to this site for tips and things i think your should always have a backup which mine is this book..love you guys i will keep you updated and you keep me motivated
