So as you can see in my statuses i was flippin out because i pretty much backslide from my goal. But that does not mean im not dedicatedd to it. In the military especially at a new command you have to figure out a way to workout around your schedule and im proud to say i did. Also i brought LL Cool J book platinum body workout book which i must say is very educational and has opened my eyes to a lot of things in weightlifting and getting to where i need to go…especiallly since i am on a ship where you can not always get to this site for tips and things i think your should always have a backup which mine is this book..love you guys i will keep you updated and you keep me motivated

so guys i know that as far as abs go everyone is different and that whole thing with you gotta get that layer of fat to see results okay blah blah thats not what i really want to here ..i want to know what could i do to get my abs stronger and what do you think is a good effective ab workout? cuz i really dont know people be in the the gym doing all types of craziness in the gym to get abs and sometimes the workouts they do look really stupid…so what do u think?

you know how sometimes you can be your own worst critic..well thats me to and sometimes we get so worked up on what we dont look like when it comes to our bodies..sometimes i look at other profiles and be like wow we weight the same and we are the same height yet she looks ten times better and i figured out why. I read someones page yesterday i can not think of her name but her progress pictures really inspired me to kick my own butt and be dedicated. Being fit is pretty much a lifestyle that if i want to get to my goals i have to live this. At the end of reading her blog she had question saying how bad do you want it? i know i want to be a body builder not in a sense of looking like one but literally builiding my body to look like a hardbody lol so how bad do you want it ?

Right now im in afghansitan serving my country, and i want to train to become, a fitness model. I have started working out lifting weights but i dont really have a workout plan. I dont know what to do or were to start. PLease HElp , i want to drop like 12 pounds. Is there anyone that can help get started or help me with a plan?
