I am currently using Miracet &amp; it is working well. It helps reduce the cravings &amp; after a while I don’t think about smoking as much. It is very simple &amp; I recommend it to anyone struggling with quitting. http://www.miracet.com/?aid=895244

#1 is a squat and shoulder press combined... you hold dumbbells in your hands at shoulder height and squat then press repeatedly till reps are complete...
#4 is where you get a plate, 25 lb. plate lets say and you put your toes on it, get in pushup position and hand walk yourself down the hallway dragging the plate from your toes.. it's hard on everything, abs, triceps, shoulders, etc... it's tiring.
#7 is just like doing dips of a bench except you pop yourself up fast and get air between your hands and the bench... catching yourself to lower down then popping up and pushing up into the air again, repeating... it hits your tris majorly. Is that better ??

Hmm, I'm feeling noobish here. I'm not sure what you even mean by #1 to #4. Err, or #7. *smack head*

I *think* #4 is a toe press to work the calves?

#7 you have your hands on a bench behind you and you are working the triceps?
