1 1/2 cups water 1 banana 1 cup strawberries (I've subbed for 2 Kiwi or a 1 cup mango) 2 cups raspberries or blueberries. ½ cup Splenda 1 cup water 4 scoops vanilla or strawberry locarb protein powder 1 Tbs. cornstarch, flattened
Blend all ingredients together.. You may or may not need more water once whipped together... if too thick, just add it in slowly if necessary.
