People are so interesting and everyone has a mission in their life with different goals and aspirations. What are yours? What do you want?
Usually, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, geographic location, socio economic status, generally people want something around the same lines. People are looking for things to be better from THEIR PERSPECTIVE! Some things come from different desires, real and not so real, super ficial or material, as you may say. From people wanting to help people or simply wanting the latest purse.
People are in search to be better in different parts of their life, whether physical, relationship, health, career, financial, fame, success, environmental, etc.
I am sure you are in search to better yourself, in some part of your life or another, right? Of course, everyone has their own definition of better and have their own ways to go about seeking "better", but everyone has a mission…
Take a quick second and think about one thing you would like better in your life. Think about what you can do to make that happen! Live in the moment and start working towards bettering YOU now! You have to think about it, define it and then go out and get it. Just like our healthy mindset, can you just think healthy and think "in shape" and then suddenly you are? NO! You have to think positive, have it in your head and go out and eat right and exercise for it to happen. If you want something bad enough, know you HAVE the energy and capability to go out and obtain it!
Today, take the time to think about just one thing you really want. Then think about one thing you can do to start working towards that want. Then start! Be willing to put the effort in and get started today. You will feel better about yourself than you have felt in a long time, and you will be on the way to not just thinking about change, you will be creating change.

I love this. But I think there are 2 questions. The one you already asked. And then this one, "how BAD do you want it?"
Are you eating, sleeping, dreaming with that one thing on you mind?
As a fitness trainer, I’m sure you know what I mean. You have people that want to look like you and have the body that you have. But are they willing to put in the dedication and work and discipline that it takes to get and maintain that type of body?
Sad to say, most of the time that’s where you lose them. They know what they want, but they don’t want to have to work hard and sacrifice for it.

This is so true.. I am so right on the line of wanting it, but not getting the job done.. My downfall is the whole food thing.. I think i might get there one day, but i need to put more effort into it.. I guess i dont want it that bad yet, huh..
