I started eating fish every day, mainly salmon, and that seems to have made a huge difference with my RA.

Is there any foods beside fish that have omega-3 in them?

David…….only fish, seafood and purified fish oil capsules contain the omega-3s that are proven beneficial for RA.
EPA and DHA are the omega-3s you want.
You can buy DHA capsules, but EPA is THE primary omega-3 for RA, accoring to published human research.
