Progress on the Back
Okay….the first pic below was on 3/19 and second one last night. I’ve been working hard on the lats…well, really on the whole upper body.
Would be interested in hearing some feedback…what’s good? What needs work?…that kind of thing.

May I take the liberty to answer the first posed query, "What’s Good?"
Answer—> DUHHHHH. Just what u wanted (so I believe). You have wonderful definition…not so much massive size, but a helluva’ lean strong, sexy back.
I am actually baffled and by quer #2, "What needs work?" I’ll leave that to some wise A$$ to TRY to answer.
Cheers! ~Dawn Melanie

Agreed…showing improvement on definition. Size increase is up to your personal preference. Good luck w/ the upcoming show.

Okay…I just worry that my back is not wide enough or that it will be too lean come contest time…is there such a thing?

"What needs work?…that kind of thing."
Good Morning, from Sunny Florida!
If I understand your Profile correctly you are 5′ 8.5" tall and weight 131 lbs. You want to reach 8% bodyfat.
IMO, you must keep in imind that you are not a "short" person. That being said let me further say that with your height you can build a graceful, muscular, competive physique that will be the absolute bomb. However, you will have to guard against appearing "thin". Gaining more muscle wll take care of that.
"What needs work?" Hard to say without more over-all photos. However, your back is looking awesome … may need to be careful and not over develop it at the expense of the rest of the body. Like the gym guys who walk around with huge upper bodies but who are walking on what looks like stilts…thin calves and legs!
Sorry to ramble on like this, but I assume you want objective, honest opinion. I summarize my comments with this: Keep up the good work…build muscle…work your overall body consistently…eat right…you are going to give some competitors some serious competition if you do! IMHO!!!!

I have a question… I hear working out my legs will also build my upper body by increasing HGH *human growth hormone*… is this true?

does working out your legs increase HGH thereby building your upper body?
