One Goal Down…
No, I didn’t reach perfection, but I did bench 100 pounds tonight. I did it on flat bench and decline, both personal bests thus far in my bodybuilding journey.
As a matter of fact, I felt really strong tonight. Went heavier on almost everything. I think it was the change to working everything (except legs) once per week.
Just had to share my little triumph…

Have noticed that goal. Congrats and watch out for those PB’s. hee hee Sometimes they come along when you aren’t expecting them. Keep moving forward eh.

I find once a week works best for me. It gives me ample time to recover so that I can hit the weights with as much intensity as I can the next time. 100 lbs is a significant milestone way to go. Keep up the good work. 12% body fat is very impressive. I know how hard it is to get there so good work. Take care.

Thank you for the comment on my leg day, I made myself laugh this morning, I was going to sit at my daes and I was thinking " I might need handicap bars installed…LOL!! It still feels great..
