they used to be my favorite exercise. i could get 275 up for 10 last year. but now i struggle with 225 i wonder wtf is the problem. guess i just need to build my confidence back up and work on my legs and maybe lower back.
i would’ve had to go to practice for 2-3 hours after school, which would mess up my weightlifting routine majorly. glad i quit. now i can concentrate more on losing fat and getting huge!
I used to do cardio every morning and night on my treadmill but while running on it, it just stopped dead. damn. now i guess i’ll have to start running outside like i used to or maybe use that stepmaster thing i have. ah well.
I haven’t ever really focused on shoulders before. Since I started shotputting i’ve been focusing more on shoulders and since I haven’t done much shoulders before they are coming along nice. Shoulder press max is at 250 now
