First day back at the gym after a week with the stomach flu
I didn’t really feel up for lifting, as I still felt pretty shitty and wasn’t feeling so confident about lifting anything for an extended amount of time. Instead, I decided just to do some cardio, as I knew I needed to get something done this week. Did some HIIT for roughly 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. I felt a lot better afterwards!
