Well, since I’m still jobless and don’t have the money to go to a gym I am going to be starting off a with some basic stuff. Pushups, crunches, sit ups, and if I can find a pull up bar in my city I’ll take advantage of that.

Well, I can;t do anything right now. Its just too windy to even go outside and run for 60 mins. Judging from the dust I see… I give it 20 mins before I collapse. Hmm… this is going to be an issue tomorrow when I go to school.

Ok now, so I am getting more and more revved up to start. I got a lot of encouraging support by a few people and now I feel I am for sure ready.
Now where to begin and how… I am at a total loss… all I basically do is cardio. I mean seriously, I bike 20-25 miles daily to school… and sometimes back.
So maybe I am going to have to look into a workout schedule. I am aware I can’t do this constantly because I already know my body needs rest and muscles need time to recover. Another thing are supplements. I’m not sure how I should go about on these. I occasionally take men’s one a day… but I honestly don’t find them to be too useful. Any support on input on this would be much help.
Aside from that… its really where I should begin… I know I can handle squats because believe it or not I have very strong leg muscles due to all the biking I do. When I was attempting weight lifting the first time I used dumbells quite often… so maybe I should stick with that for now. I know the last time I was able to go up to 25lbs… I also know some basic workout routines with them because of a friend I knew in an internship showed me.
Guess I’m going to be looking through videos then on this site.

Ok I did it… I took the plunge and posted a profile pic and a starting pic. I am a bit nervous because this is the first time I am showing my chest off to anyone… I feel I look fat… but after looking at myself I feel different. I can see I lost weight.
This past week my determination has risen quite significantly. I am now looking into a gym.

Well, I’m doing fine without having any soda. I think if I keep it up my sodium levels will be better and with the diet I’m trying to establish I am hoping to get under 180lbs within a few weeks.
Right now I’m mixed between placing up progress picks… because I a bit fat in my opinion… but I guess it would be great for a starting point to see how much my body changes.

Well… not sure what to say. I’m a bit hesitant about posting my image right now… so where am I going to start?
Ok… Well, I’m a bit over weight. Currently I’m an avid biker, but my weight issues are due to stress and bad diet. I mean seriously, my mom can’t shop for groceries if life depended on it.. and in some cases it does.
Anyways, I am taking a stand against this. I want to feel better about myself. I want to look better. Right now I’m dieting. I’m trying to go down to a healthy weight right now. No fast food, no soda.
After that, I plan on finding a gym so I can start working out more.
I’m in the process of graduating college and trying to get a job so I can move away from my family to release a load of this stress. I think that is the majority of it.
I have plans to start weight lifting… as I found it to be actually quite enjoyable when I had access to a gym last time.
