I want to quit!!!! I’m tired of having little pencil dick arms. I go in the gym everyday and look at guys who I know I can out bench on any given day, but their arms are bigger than mines. I know you can’t help what god gave you. But i’ve been working too damn hard at this to not have bigger freakin arms!!! Don’t worry i’m not going to quit, i’m just a lil pissed off right now, just had to vent!!

Well now that i’m back from a well needed leave, I can finally get back into the gym. Soon as I got back, they welcomed me with open arms, gave me a big hug, and threw my ass on guard duty, lol, ain’t that some shit. Even though I was on guard I still managed to get a little time in the gym. Now i’m off, and i’m going in hard. I’m adding a more well rounded workout and more protein to my daily routine now, so it’s time to go hard, or don’t go at all!!

Well after taking the weekend off, it’s a start of another week of training. Personally i’m feeling great! I’ve never felt this way about my body my whole life. I got 3 weeks until I go on leave and i’m ready for it. I got plans on taking my daughter to an amusement/water park, and I plan on being shirtless or wearing a wife beater the whole time. Yesterday, we got a measurement of our body fat, mines which is 15%, which is not bad, I was expecting a whole lot worse. My new goal is to try to get down to 10%. Hopefully with me starting my cardio training this week will help me succeed with my goal.

Yep, as in the words of Ice Cube, today was a good day! First of all I woke up and took a long piss of excellence, and took a shower in success, cause that’s what winners due everyday! Today was bi’s and tri’s, so I went ahead and knocked that out the park! Went to chow, and amazingly I didn’t have to eat just a salad. I had some shrimp and brocoli, two of my favorite foods! Went back to my room, and kicked my soldier, who curls up in the fetal postion after every workout like a biggity bitch. When asked why I kicked him, I simply said, "Cause i’m a winner, and winners do what they want!" Change into my super sexy UnderAmour tactical shirt, I like the way if feels against my skin, and came to work! Now I have to look forward to another 12 hrs of boredom! But you know what, i’m still a winner!

God knows I hate running. Being in the Army for 8 years, you’d think i’d finally come to terms with it. But I realize for me to burn more fat, I gotta run. Damn! I’m getting to old for this shit. My knees are bad from the long, slow runs at Ft. Bragg, running up mountains in Korea, and just plain old running at Ft. Stewart. Last time I was deployed, I didn’t run at all. I gained 30 lbs. I’m just trying to maintain the weight i’m at now, but I do need to run to burn off this fat. So I decided next week i’m gonna start running. It’s been 7 months since the last time i’ve ran anywhere. I’m gonna take it slow at first, hopefully I don’t have a heart attack, then extend the lengths of my runs, now I just plan on doing 2 miles 2 days a week. Wish me luck!

Since i’ve been over in Iraq, my eating habits have gone to hell. One, is because of the food. Basically, it sucks. Stuff I would normally eat, I won’t eat over here. I did decide I was going to eat alot of fish, but when the convoys got held up because of the bridge being blown up, it kinda put that to a stop. They had fish today, but for some reason, I didn’t want it. So for the past two days, i’ve just had a salad for dinner, and even that sucks, because the lettuce has been sitting out since lunch time and it’s starting to brown. So after I eat, i’m usually still hungry, so I come to work and snack my ass off. Hold up, I know what you’re thinking, i’m eating junk food. No, i’m usually eating fat free pudding and fruit cups, but still it just seems like i’m snacking too much. So i’m bascially starving for 12 hrs until breakfast. When breakfast comes around I turn into a pig. Eggs, sausage, cheese grits, and biscuit leave me feeling bloated, my gut is sticking out and everything, I feel horrible. Then I wake up and it’s time to go work out, and i’ve burned off the breakfast, thanks to the HGH, and i’m back to square one again.

Nothing really holds my attention for too long, now I start to see myself getting bored with working out. Don’t get me wrong i’m not going to stop, because it’s part of my daily routine, or Battle Rhythm as my CSM likes to call it. I need a change in something, but I don’t know what?

Well this week i’m up for guard duty. It sucks, it’s a 12 hr shift, 4 hrs up in the tower, 4 hrs at the gate, but we do get atleast 4 hrs of rest too. It just sucks cause I don’t wanna do it, i’m not a grunt, no offense, but that’s not my job. It really doesn’t matters we’re all 11B’s, infantrymen, at heart. Well atleast I have night shift, were the only real danger is bug bites, wild coyotes and boredom. Plus, I get to keep my work out schedule. Hopefully I sweat alot and burn off some of this water weight from drinking all this water. I was gonna wait till I got off of leave to start my Muscle Milk, but I think i’m gonna start it anyway. I’m waiting on my next supply of Lipo 6 to come in, hopefully it’ll be here in like two days, so I can go hard on that and shed some of this extra fat before leave. I have about 3 to 4 weeks before leave and i’m training my ass off to look good by then, wish me luck.
