Wednesday, July 16th, 2008Decided not to go for a run today as my ankles are a bit sore from the hammering they have taken but determined to do something, and without the cash to get to the gym or any weights at home, I hit the floor =)
Really disappointed in what I managed as last time I did sit ups and press ups I could do sets of 20 but I suppose doing something is always better than nothing.
I managed:
5 press ups
10 sit ups
5 press ups
10 sit ups
5 press ups
5 press ups
20 sit ups
(Then dinner was ready)
Im going back into town tomorrow to buy a small DB set so at least I can get some floor weight work done.
It’s all going slow and steady, but one day I’ll be back as I was - and better!
