Morning run number 1

Got up at about 7am this morning and had some cereal and a cup of coffee to try and wake up a bit, I’m really not used to early mornings - thats gotta change!

I decided rather than to over work myself as I’m still really aching from yesterday to see how far i could run in 12 minutes.
The result…. 1.2k

A bit disappointing but I’m pretty happy that I made it out to the field and got running!

I’ll get there =)

    But you did it. Tomorrow run 1.3k and take it as a victory & a new PR to beat the next time…..and so on.
