so i’m pretty sure it took me 4 months to realize that eating clean was going to really make a huge difference in my training. in only 2 weeks of really being consistent on healthy eating practices i lost .5 inches on my waist and i swear i look 10 x’s bigger as far as muscle definition! maybe not, but i’m liking the effects of truly being healthy and not sneaking a lindt white chocolate truffle!

the hardest part is staying consistent. Watch out for the person or even yourself when they say, "hey, its ok to eat some cheesecake. Get a slice of pizza. You won’t crave more." Be strong. You look great.

I noticed the same deal when I got a better understanding of ‘clean eating’ and BAM!
